Usage:

Apply a pea-sized amount to legs or belly 10-15 minutes before bedtime. Use slightly more for adults. 200mg of magnesium per tsp.

Safety:

Shelf life 1 year. Using too much may cause temporary diarrhea but will not cause any long-term or serious issues. If you notice loose stools, use less.
